Our websites automatically keep some web statistics. In some situations, De Valk Leadership Company stores personal information and visit information of a website visitor. For example, if the visitor requests a free e-book, white paper, or brochure or registers for a training, workshop, coaching, webinar, or other events. Or to respond if the visitor contacts us via the contact page. We store this personal information in our system. We do not keep personal information longer than necessary for providing it or as the law requires.
Visitors signing up for a free e-book, webinar, tasting workshop, or requesting a brochure, give permission to receive our newsletter regularly. Of course, the participant can unsubscribe again with one click.
Data of participants during training sessions and coaching
Data from participants during training sessions and coaching are processed properly and carefully and only for the purposes they were collected. Data can be collected during (online) meetings, online training, in the online learning environment, or any other way. DVLC uses an online learning environment to collect data for the participant’s learning process. We do not keep this data longer than four months after the training.
Where appropriate, we will request information from third parties, for example, 360-degree feedback. The purpose of collecting participant data is to use it within the training or coaching.
Collected (personal) data will not be sold or made available to third parties. This except for special circumstances, for example, when legally required.
Inspection
You have the right to inspect, correct or delete personal data that we have received from you. You can also object to processing your data (or part thereof) by one of our processors or us. You also have the right to have the data you have provided us with transferred to you or on your behalf directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with any of the requests mentioned earlier.
If you have a complaint about processing your data, please get in touch with us directly. If we can’t work it out with you, we are naturally very disappointed. You always have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, which is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
